CONDITIONS
| RENTAL |
 |
a vehicle has to be received in a good condition with all standard equipment (fire-fighting equipment, bulbs, first aid, spare tire, triangle, car jack) and the renter undertakes to return a vehicle in a condition as same as he took it in the beginning of rental agreement
a vehicle will be taken over with an empty fuel tank and it will be returned without any compensation for possible fuel surplus from PETAK CAR RENTAL
renter will return the vehicle on the data specified herein or at such earlier data as PETAK CAR RENTAL may require. For each extension of the rental period, the agreement of PETAK CAR RENTAL has to be obtained 24 hours in advance an additional sum for deposit paid simultaneously
if the renter doesn't return a vehicle 6 hours after the expiration of the rental agreement without prior contacting PETAK CAR RENTAL, the vehicle will be considered as stolen and the police will be informed with all the figures of the renter
price of the car rental and the ways of payment are stated in a rental agreement and in the bill |

| RESERVATION |

to confirm reservation for the vehicle, 20% value of the car rental price has to be payed 48 hours before taking over a vehicle and the reservation will be declared null and void if the vehicle has not been taken over 12 hours after the arranged time and the deposit keeps PETAK CAR RENTAL
regardless of how the reservation has been done, PETAK CAR RENTAL keeps the right of not renting a car if the potentional renter is pshysical or psychical unable to steer a vehicle and the deposit keeps PETAK CAR RENTAL

| STEERING A VEHICLE |
|
|
the vehicle may be operated only by the renter or by such a person authorised in writing on the rental agreement
the age of the renter is minimum 21, and a driving licence valid at least 2 years
|
| |
| UNAUTHORIZED USE |
|
|
The vehicle shall not be operated:
- for paid transportation of freight or passengers
- to push or tow any other vehicle
- in motor sport events or any kind of competitions or testing
- to transport animals, combustible or explosive freight, freight with strong
unpleasant smell, or bulky freight that can damage the vehicle
- for violating penalty and customs regulations, renting a vehicle to the
third party or for the other purposes which have not been not arranged
in a car rental agreement
- by any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- of selling (steeling) the vehicle or parts thereof

| CROSSING THE CROATIAN BORDERS |
|
|
all the vehicles are allowed to cross the Croatian borders towards West-European countries
PETAK CAR RENTAL does not allowed crossing the Croatian borders towards: Greece, Romania, Turkey, Albania, Russia and all the ex U.S.S.R. countries
entry to the Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia and Macedonia is possible only on a request and with prior authorisation of the PETAK CAR RENTAL
insurance of the risk of stealing is not valid for the areas of Yugoslavia, Macedonia and Republic of Serbia in Bosnia and Herzegovina

| INSURANCE |
|
|
all the vehicles are insured in case of damage against the third party (obligatorily insurance)
all the vehicles are "kasko" insured except in cases:
- of damaging parts: tires, hub-cap, fellys and the bottom echlon of the
vehicle which develop by a renters roughly negligence
- damages on the vehicle caused by an inexpertly or roughly handling
(off the road)
- if the renter was under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- if the vehicle was mined or intentionally set on fire
- if the damage was done by a person who was not stated as a renter
or a driver in a Rental Agreement
- doesn't cover damages developed by a lack of the oil

| LIABILITY OF THE RENTER |
|
|
during the rental period, renter shall pay the cost of parking, traffic or other legal violations assessed against the vehicle, as well as all other costs that are not regular
Renter agrees to protect the interest of PETAK CAR RENTAL in case of accident during the rent period by obtaining names and adresses of parties involved and the witnesses, not abandoning the vehicle without adequate provisions for safeguarding and securing the same, call and wait for the police, call PETAK CAR RENTAL station and give a detailed report
if a car accident happened during the rental period caused by renter, the amount of a deposit rental will be charged immediately
the renter will be responsible for all the damages and the consequences if he runs away from the accident spot before the police comes
renter agrees to keep the doors of the vehicle locked and to remove the keys when not in use, and return all cars documents and car keys upon return of the vehicle
in case of robbery during a rental period the renter is obligated to return the car keys and the documents of the vehicle and if not will be liable for the full material and criminal offence
all disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be settled by the authorized court in Zagreb

| OTHER |
|
|
loss of the car keys, documents, equipment or number plates will be charged from a deposit congruently to the amount of the damage
a vehicle will be taken over clean and washed and in case and has to be returned the same, if not washing and cleaning PETAK CAR RENTAL will charge from a deposit according to the tariffs of the co- car-wash
valuation of the damages and the reparation will be done in a motorcar repair shops in collaboration with PETAK CAR RENTAL
